02 Announcement of Finalists
Based on the write-ups submitted, deserving companies will be shortlisted as finalists for the Employee Happiness Awards 2026.
16th July 2026
03 Presentations to the Jury
Finalists will deliver a 20-minute virtual session to the jury — a 10-minute presentation followed by a Q&A. Winners will be decided based on these presentations.

04 Announcement of Winners
Winners will be revealed at the Gala Awards Ceremony at Johannesburg
